The ideal candidate will have experience in amanufacturing or project-based environmentand possess strong knowledge ofaccounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and ERP systems. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, payment processing, and receivables management while supporting the finance team with month-end reporting and project closeouts. The successful candidate will be astrong communicator, collaborative team player, and someone who takes pride in accuracy and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices related to raw materials and other operating expensesEnsure timely payment of suppliers and track outstanding balancesMonitor Accounts Payable aging reportsGenerate and issue customer invoices and other AR-related documents in a timely and accurate mannerProcess progress estimates and related accruals for projectsReceive and record customer payments (cheques, EFT, credit cards), and apply them to the appropriate accountsMonitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accountsCommunicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, disputes,
