AWC Manufacturing in our Guelph location is looking for a quality inspector for our afternoon shift.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform dimensional inspections, machining inspections and weld inspections
Operate FARO equipment and complete reports
Complete PPAP and other quality documentation as required
Work with team members to troubleshoot errors throughout build
Conduct source inspections & in-house inspections on critical jobs as required
Accumulate non-conformance information in a timely manner to produce monthly reports and assist in the implementation of remedial actions and timely closure of NCRs
Lead root cause analysis of internal & external non-conformances
Schedule calibration of equipment and customer surveys as required
Understanding of statistical processes
Blueprint Reading
Knowledge of Kebrite/Access/Word/Autocad/Solidworks
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
