We're looking for an experienced pizza cook to join our team

We produce naturally fermented sourdough pizzas using certified organic ingredients sourced from local farms whenever possible. Our work includes high-volume wholesale production as well as fresh pizza service at farmers' markets and special events.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

Responsibilities
Stretch, top, and cook sourdough pizzas to a consistently high standard
Produce pizzas for wholesale production in high volumes
Manage dough with an understanding of fermentation and consistency
Maintain quality and speed during production and service
Keep a clean, organized, and productive workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Work collaboratively with a small, hardworking team

Requirements
Previous pizza-making experience is mandatory




Comfortable stretching dough by hand and working with naturally fermented dough
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Robust attention to detail and consistency
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for extended periods
Food Handler Certification is an asset
