Job Summary

We are hiring a General Labourer in Oakville, ON for a temp-to-hire prospect in a busy industrial manufacturing workplace. Key Responsibilities
Assist the concrete crew with mixing, pouring, and preparing concrete materials and products.
Perform sanding, finishing, rework,



and quality touch-ups on concrete products.
Organize finished products and prepare materials for shipment.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and general production equipment.
Complete general labour duties, clean-up tasks, and production support work as assigned.
Work independently and as part of a team in a dusty, loud, and fast-paced industrial environment.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $26.35 to $30.69 per hour.
Starting rate: $26.35 per hour.
Job type: Temp-to-hire.
Location: Oakville, ON, L6L 0C4.
Day shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Afternoon shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
Straight shift schedule.
Afternoon shift premium available.
Overtime available.
