Lubricants Account Manager – Prince George, BC

We’re part of a diverse group of companies with interests spanning wholesale distribution, oilfield services, lubricants, safety supplies, real estate, rail construction, vehicle leasing, and finance. We’re currently seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Lubricants Account Manager to join our Prince George, BC team.

What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and proactive account management.
Identify current business opportunities and collaborate with internal experts on joint sales calls.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory using our CRM tools.
Set and achieve monthly performance targets with support from your sales manager.
Guide and support the inside sales and operations team to prioritize customer needs.
Be a team player—cross-training and collaboration are part of our culture.

What You Bring:
2+ years of sales experience.
Robust territory management, prospecting, and closing skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
Ecommerce experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Occasional weekend work as needed

Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
