The Opportunity

This role is responsible for leading the sales department to consistent profitability and performance. You will be accountable for driving volume, maximizing gross, developing your team, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Journey Chrysler standard. The right candidate is hands-on, confident in desking and structuring deals, and passionate about coaching sales professionals to reach their full potential.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Managing and driving all new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance
Desking and structuring deals to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance
Coaching and developing sales consultants through daily leadership and accountability
Tracking and improving KPIs including gross profit, closing ratios, volume, and CSI
Overseeing inventory strategy, pricing,



aging management, and merchandising
Working closely with F&I;, service, and marketing to create a seamless operation
Maintaining CRM discipline and ensuring lead follow-up standards are executed consistently
Leading by example in professionalism, urgency, and customer care

What We’re Looking For
Valid VSA License
Demonstrated success in automotive sales leadership
Strong deal structuring and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build, motivate, and hold a team accountable
Solid understanding of CRM systems and performance reporting
High integrity, professionalism, and strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $120,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
