You’ll lead engaging Reformer Pilates classes in a supportive small-group environment, helping clients move safely, build confidence and feel successful at every stage of their Pilates journey.
This is a part-time position requiring availability for some evening classes. Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
Lead safe, engaging and thoughtfully planned Reformer Pilates classes
Offer clear instruction, appropriate modifications and attentive corrections
Create an inclusive experience for clients of different ages and abilities
Arrive prepared and help maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
Build positive relationships with clients and fellow team members
Follow Barre Life’s teaching standards, safety practices and studio policies
What We’re Looking For
Recognized Reformer Pilates certification
Strong understanding of safe movement, alignment and class progression
Confident, clear and encouraging communication
A professional, dependable and team-oriented approach
A genuine interest in supporting clients and helping them progress
Previous teaching experience is an asset
Availability for some evenings; weekend availability is preferred
