Duties:
Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyewear based on their prescription and style preferences
Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features to ensure proper fit of eyewear
Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and other enhancements available for their eyewear
Process orders for eyewear, including verifying insurance coverage and submitting claims for reimbursement
Adjust and repair eyewear as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer prescriptions, orders, and payments
Stay up-to-date with current trends in eyewear fashion and technology

Qualifications:
Previous experience as an optician or in a similar role preferred
Strong knowledge of medical billing systems and retail math
Familiarity with medical records management and retail management software (e.g., Epic)
Excellent communication and customer service skills




Attention to detail and ability to accurately measure and fit eyewear
Knowledge of aseptic technique for maintaining cleanliness of eyewear and equipment

Note: Senior care experience is a plus but not required.
