Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish.

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Assist with food preparation and serving as needed,



adhering to food safety guidelines at all times.
Demonstrate time management skills by prioritizing tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service.

Skills
Previous barista experience is preferred.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Familiarity with the food industry and food service practices is advantageous.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
