Specific daily responsibilities:
Demolition
Framing
Drywall
Plaster & Paint
Robust finishing skills
Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material
Handle and transport materials (e.g. cement,wood,drywall) and equipment (e.g. drills and grinders)
Use power tools and machinery when needed
Follow instructions from supervisors to perform and complete tasks
Communication and teamwork skills
Solid coordination skills and ability to organize subcontractors is a bonus

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Additional pay:
Commission pay

Construction: 2 years (preferred)
