Requirements:
Passion for contributing to the continued growth of an established, design-focused architectural practice
Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
10 years of Canadian architectural experience managing projects from concept through construction.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, bylaws, building technology, building envelope systems, and construction materials.
Experience with a range of construction systems, including mass timber, is an asset.
Commitment to sustainable design. Passive House, LEED, Net Zero, or similar experience/certification is an asset.
Proficiency in Vectorworks and/or Revit.
Ability to work full-time in our flexible Vancouver studio.
