No previous sales experience is required.

We provide hands-on training, product knowledge and ongoing coaching to help you develop strong communication, customer service and sales skills.

What Your Day Looks Like
Meet residential customers face-to-face in assigned Ottawa areas
Start conversations and understand what each customer needs
Present internet, TV and wireless service options clearly
Build trust, answer questions and help customers make informed decisions
Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
Improve through regular coaching and feedback
Represent our client professionally in every interaction

Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, sports, fundraising or other people-focused environments often bring skills that transfer well to this role.

Requirements
Full time availability
Comfortable working face-to-face with residential customers
Able to commute throughout the Ottawa area
Strong English communication skills; French is an asset
Reliable and qualified
Able to pass a background check
Legally eligible to work in Canada

Pay: $720.00-$1,200.00 per week
