AcuTruss Industries is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our production team in as Truss Builder.

As a Truss Builder, you will work as part of a team building roof and floor trusses according to plans and production requirements. This is a hands-on position that involves working with lumber, nail plates, and pneumatic tools in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
Build roof and floor trusses according to production drawings and specifications
Measure, position, and assemble lumber accurately
Operate pneumatic nail guns and other hand tools safely
Inspect completed trusses for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work efficiently as part of a production team
Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards
Perform other general production duties as required





What We're Looking For
Previous construction, framing, manufacturing, or carpentry experience is an asset
Experience reading basic plans or measurements is an asset
Comfortable working with hand and power tools
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Physically able to perform repetitive lifting and standing throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
Robust work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
