Responsibilities
Clear snow and ice from designated walkways, driveways, parking lots, and entrances using shovels, snow blowers, or other manual tools
Apply salt or sand to icy surfaces to prevent slips and falls
Monitor weather conditions to anticipate snow accumulation and respond promptly
Maintain safety standards by inspecting work areas for hazards and ensuring proper signage is in place




Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete snow removal tasks during heavy snowfall events
Report any damage or safety concerns to supervisors immediately

Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions for extended periods
Physical stamina and strength to shovel snow, lift heavy loads, and perform manual labor
Knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, or general landscape maintenance is beneficial but not required
Strong attention to safety protocols and the ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions
