Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Skilled Construction Labourer to join our team in Leduc, AB. With 5+ years of hands-on experience, you’ll work on a variety of residential renovation projects. Competitive pay, health benefits, and mileage reimbursement offered. No weekends required! Apply today!

Key Responsibilities
Perform general renovation work including:
Assisting in framing & finishing
Flooring (various types)
Painting and trim work
Follow project plans, update task progress in app-based tracking system
Assist with site prep and cleanup as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential renovations or skilled trades
Skilled in multiple trades (framing, drywall, flooring, etc.)
Comfortable using digital tools for time and task tracking
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to current techniques

Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
Basic tool set (required)
Ability to commute to Leduc and job sites across Edmonton (mileage reimbursement provided)
Ability to haul tools and materials from the shop or suppliers is a strong asset,



Truck will be preferred (compensation offered)
