369 Secure is seeking an established security industry sales qualified to win contracts across corporate, commercial, residential, and industrial properties. This role requires direct experience selling staffed security services and the ability to pursue qualified opportunities from day one.

Your mandate
Develop recent business through an established network and targeted prospecting.
Meet decision-makers, assess site requirements, and present tailored security, concierge security, and access control proposals.
Lead opportunities through pricing, RFPs, negotiation, and signed contract.
Maintain a disciplined pipeline and report weekly on opportunities, proposals, and closed business.
Coordinate with operations for an effective client launch.

Required experience
At least five years of successful sales experience in the security services industry,



including staffed guard services.
A demonstrated record of securing current contracts with corporate, commercial, residential, or industrial clients.
Established relationships with property managers, facilities leaders, business owners, or security decision-makers.
Strong knowledge of security service proposals, contract pricing, and the operational requirements behind the service being sold.

This is a senior sales role for someone who already knows the industry and can deliver results without a lengthy learning curve. Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
