We are looking for someone who is sales-minded, energetic, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility for the overall performance of the restaurant

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of daily restaurant operations, sales, and profitability.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and build strong relationships with locals, tour guides, ski hills, and sports teams.
- Ensure compliance with AHS, food safety, fire, workplace health & safety, and municipal regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service that drives repeat business and positive reviews.
- Recruit, Lead, schedule, train, and motivate staff while maintaining a positive team setting.
- Monitor inventory, food and labour costs, waste, and overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and service.




- Manage opening/closing procedures and resolve customer and operational issues promptly.
- Be hands-on and support as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

- Has previous restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Understands that excellent service leads to repeat customers and increased sales
- Is confident motivating and leading a small team
- Can work independently and take initiative without being constantly directed
- Is creative and proactive about promotions and attracting customers
- Has strong communication and customer-service skills
- Is organized, dependable, and hands-on
