Little Willows by Kids & Company is seeking a dedicated Centre Director to lead our childcare centre while remaining actively involved in the classroom and school-age program.This is a 35-hour-per-week position with a split shift between the morning and afternoon. The successful candidate will work directly with children alongside another educator, including walking children to and from a nearby school, supporting programming, and providing classroom coverage. There is potential for this role to increase to 40 hours per week in the future.With over 120 locations across Canada, Kids & Company offers exciting opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily centre operations, including staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and programmingEnsure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and company policiesLead, coach, and support a team of educatorsBuild positive relationships with children, families, and staffMaintain licensing, attendance,
