Oak Valley Health is seeking a Dietitian to join the interprofessional team at Markham Stouffville Hospital and the RCC site. You will perform nutritional assessment, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress for acute and subacute adult populations, using evidence-based practices.

The role requires Canadian Dietitians registration, 2+ years in acute care, and robust leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Travel between sites and EMR proficiency are expected.
