Weneed a Ward Clerk to join our Medical department. The Medical department hasa diverse patient population and a place where you willexperience meaningfulpatient interactions while working with a fun and dedicated team.

As a Ward Clerk, you will playan important role in keeping the department running smoothly each day. You’ll help coordinate the flow of dailyactivities related to admissions, discharges, and transfer of patients. You will also help ensure the team has thesupplies & equipment needed by coordinating requests with otherdepartments.

Asthe successful applicant, you will do the following:

- Coordinateand complete order entry with accuracy & attention to detail
- Provideprofessional and welcoming phone reception, responding to inquiries &directing; calls as appropriate
- Coordinateambulance bookings & transportation arrangements to support safe &timely; patient transfers
- Assemble,organize, sort and file documentation




- Communicatewith other members of the healthcare team and other departments to coordinate careand keep daily operations running smoothly
