Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the productive operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities
Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes for moving heavy items.
Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order picking processes.
Conduct order picking with precision to ensure accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Assist with heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs) and moving of products throughout the warehouse as needed.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.





Experience
Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a related field is preferred.
Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts, is highly desirable.
Experience with shipping & receiving processes is essential for this role.
Knowledge of order picking techniques and warehouse management systems will be an advantage.
