· Oversee the daily operations of all youth programming.

· Prepare monthly reports on all activities, services, and programs delivered.

· Act as a liaison between the youth staff and the Youth Program Coordinator.

· Ensure the inventory of all materials/supplies and equipment is maintained.

· Advocate on behalf of the youth when required.

· Supervise recreational, cultural, employment, educational, and social programs and activities to ensure that they are delivered in a manner that is relevant to the youth we service.

· In collaboration with the youth staff, develop a monthly calendar of planned activities that will be delivered

· Provide guidance and support to youth staff when needed

· Ensure that program activities are consistent with the overall planned goals and objectives.

· In consultation with the Youth Program Coordinator, provide daily supervision of the youth staff, and youth in attendance.





· Ensure that youth staff are fulfilling all aspects of their duties and responsibilities as outlined in their job descriptions and as directed.

· Ensure that youth staff are adhering to and enforcing the rules of the youth site.

· Maintain accurate attendance records for both staff and youth.

· Assist in resolving conflict situations involving staff and youth.

· Ensure all documents relating to incident reports, youth contact information are being filled out and kept up to date accordingly.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
