Duties include the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and service of all grounds and facility related infrastructure and equipment, assisting other maintenance and operations trades and performing related duties as required.Key responsibilities include:Inspection, analysis, assessment, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, general repairs, painting, fire and safety infrastructure systems.Interpreting and applying data from documentation such as blueprints, drawings, reports, specifications, and standards/codes.Maintaining the work order system.Supporting maintenance at other sites as required.Qualifications:One‑year program in a technical trade (electrical, plumbing,
