Live-in Caregiver – Persons with Disabilities Position Details Location: Chemainus, BC V0R 1K0 Wage: $38.50 per hour Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week Job type: Permanent, full-time Schedule: Early morning, evening, shift, flexible schedule, night and weekends Start date: As soon as possible Work location: On site in the employer’s home Responsibilities

Administer bedside and personal care Assist with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene Feed or assist with feeding Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties Provide companionship Provide personal care Prepare and serve nutritious meals Qualifications





Secondary school graduation certificate 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience CPR Certificate First Aid Certificate Personal Support Worker Certificate Experience supporting persons with physical disabilities Ability to communicate effectively in English Physical Requirements
