In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Industrial and Construction equipment sales/rentals strategy in your territory, including building and managing a customer base.As the Outside Sales & Rentals Representative, your key responsibilities will include:Managing the end-to-end sales and rental strategy in your territoryDeveloping expertise in selling material handling equipmentProspecting for new business, effectively managing sales leads, and securing new customer accounts by offering tailored solutionsDelivering customized and solution-oriented sales pitches, using research, market data, product expertise, and sales skills to prepareTactfully and professionally negotiating with customers to close dealsRetaining and growing key accounts by proactively identifying new business opportunities and innovative solutionsCollaborating with product experts to identify and capitalize on expansion and cross-selling opportunities within existing accountsIdentifying and building relationships with decision makers within existing customer accounts, creating an ongoing relationship strategyEnsuring success against contract terms and consistently achieving customer satisfactionFollowing up with customers on orders, quotes, and requested servicesAnalyzing competitor product offerings, applications,
