Noble is seeking hard working, motivated individuals to join our team as an electrician in the fast‑paced mining industry. The successful individuals will be responsible for working as part of the Noble team to help develop and maintain the construction sites.

Position Type

This is a project‑specific position with an anticipated duration of approximately 6 months.

Schedule

Employees will work a two‑week on two‑week off night shift rotation.

Travel/LOA

Compensation provided to and from the work site for each turnaround, provided all company travel eligibility requirements are met. As well as a daily living out allowance for employees who meet and provide eligibility requirements.

Position will remain open until a successful candidate is hired

Responsibilities

- Experienced in performing 3M cable splicing
- Proficient in high‑voltage stress cone installations
- Skilled in trouble shooting underground electrical equipment
- Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics
- Capable of executing glanding and cable terminations
- Experienced in messenger cable installation
- Capable of mounting and securing electrical equipment
- Various equipment installation (motors, switchgear, transformers)
- Proficient in the installation of strut channel systems
- Participation in safety meeting and toolbox talks with supervision,



crews and clients
- Gathering and staging various materials to complete construction task

Education and Experience

- Journeyperson Electrician
- 600v to 25kv experience
- Trained in operating mobile equipment (Telehandlers, AWP, Etc)
- General Mine Safety Awareness is an asset
- Fall protection is an asset
- Computer skills
- Organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is required
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in an underground mine setting
