The Role
Drive efficiencies, innovation, and modernization by expanding digital delivery of services.
Work on service innovation, program review, and digital transformation projects within cross-functional teams.
Participate in field research, backlog definition, sprint planning, and execution.
Develop functionality for public services and contribute to solution design.
Collaborate with frontend designers and advise product owners on technical efforts.
Support solution deployment and contribute to reusable common components.

What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (equivalencies considered).




Experience with source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development.
Proven experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.
Experience as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions in an agile team setting.
Experience working on production applications using contemporary application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks.
Nice to have: Experience with AI/agentic tooling, prompt design, RAG, and AI-augmented workflows.
