Bennett GM is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Technician with a valid 310S certification to join our growing service department. We are a busy, well-established GM dealership that takes pride in delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

The successful candidate will be a skilled technician who takes pride in their workmanship, works well in a team environment, and is committed to delivering efficient and accurate vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Alternating Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation

Hourly wage of $44.49

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
Perform mechanical inspections and identify required maintenance and repairs
Complete warranty and repair work efficiently and accurately
Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment




Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety and service procedures

Qualifications
Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician certification
Previous experience working as a licensed automotive technician
Own set of professional tools required for the position
Robust diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
GM dealership experience is considered an asset
