Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their concerns and service needs
Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, ensuring customers are well-informed about recommended services
Schedule appointments efficiently, managing workflow to maximize service capacity
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Upsell additional services or maintenance that benefit the customer’s vehicle health while meeting sales goals
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts




Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

Requirements
Proven experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment
Mechanical knowledge gained through dealership experience or mechanic background
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers of all backgrounds
Experience in sales and upselling marine services effectively
Familiarity with automotive repair processes and industry terminology
Competence in cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and transaction accuracy
