Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with integrity
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks when necessary to support kitchen operations




Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring all guests are attended to promptly and courteously

Qualifications
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Experience with food industry standards such as serving, upselling, and food safety regulations
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation is advantageous but not required
