Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and providing correct change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns swiftly

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of the food industry standards
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving, food preparation, or hospitality roles is advantageous
Capable of working in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining professionalism and guest focus
