Greenhills Country Club is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our team. Our Servers play an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests during daytime & evening operations.

The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and enjoys providing excellent service in a private club environment. Greenhills offers a variety of dining spaces, including our Café, Patio, Lounge, and Dining Room.

Job Summary

Responsibilities include
Providing exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
Delivering friendly and qualified customer service
Taking orders and accurately entering information into the POS system (Tee On experience considered an asset)
Serving food and beverages, including alcohol
Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest accounts
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Completing opening, closing, and daily side duties
Assisting with table setup, stocking, and sanitation duties
Answering member and guest inquiries in a professional manner





Qualifications
Previous serving experience preferred (1 year preferred)
Smart Serve certification required
Solid communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Golf knowledge is considered an asset but is not required
Experience with POS systems is an asset
Must have daytime availability, including weekends and holidays

Hours Full-Time: 32–44 hours/week

Part-Time: 8–32 hours/week

Schedule:
Primarily daytime shifts
4-hour and 8-hour shifts available
Monday–Friday and weekend availability required
Holiday availability may be required

Rate of Pay Starting at minimum wage + tips
