Role : RF Planning Engineer – SC6 / Private LTE & 5G

Location: Montreal, QC – Hybrid (2–3 Days WFO)

Duration: 6–12 Months

Experience: 6–8+ Years

OIQ Registration: Mandatory

We are seeking an experienced RF Planning Engineer with solid expertise in RAN design, RF planning, Private LTE, and 5G networks .

Key Responsibilities
Design, integrate, and troubleshoot Radio Access Networks (RAN) .
Perform SC6 studies and RF coverage planning .
Prepare work orders and maintain site databases.
Manage network changes and project deliverables.
Support 3G/4G/5G network design activities.
Coordinate project tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
Work independently and collaboratively within a technical team.

Must-Have Skills
6–8+ years of RAN Design / RF Planning Engineering experience.
Extensive experience with SC6, MapInfo, and Planet .
Solid 3G/4G/5G network design experience.
Experience with RF coverage planning and site database management.
Fluent French – Reading, Writing & Speaking.
OIQ registration – Mandatory .

MS Office: Excel, Word, Visio .
Solid communication and project coordination skills.
