Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools such as calipers and gauges.
Collect and analyze data related to product dimensions, tolerances, and defect rates to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Utilize quality control procedures to verify adherence to specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Document inspection results accurately, maintaining detailed records for traceability and audits.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly, recommending corrective actions when necessary.




Support implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and participate in internal audits to ensure compliance.
Assist in training team members on quality inspection techniques and proper use of measurement tools.

Experience
Previous experience in manufacturing or quality control roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong attention to detail!
Familiarity with quality management principles, QA/QC processes, and analysis skills is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges is highly desirable.
Solid data collection skills with the ability to interpret findings accurately are essential.
Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and safety protocols will support your success in this role.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
