ODS is seeking a serious and responsible Ophthalmic Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties
Perform basic and routine administrative duties that may include but are not limited to
greeting patients, answering telephone, preparing patient charts, reporting to the physician and other doctors/staff.
Perform diagnostic testing on cataract and glaucoma patients (e.g. Humphrey Visual Fields
iCare Tonometry)
Assists the manager in and/or overseeing daily clinical and staff matters.
Can explain purpose and procedures for tests to patients.
Documents test results.
Maintains patient records.
Handle high volume of patients during clinic
OHIP billings and submissions
Keeping workstations and testing equipment clean and sanitized
Assist with other duties as assigned or requested by manager
Job Type: Full time Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
