We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate deals. Fluency in Vietnamese is an advantage.
Duties
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales prospects
Track leads and sales activities
Engage in inside sales activities to generate new business leads
Communicate product features and perks to potential customers
Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients and vendors
Perform telemarketing activities to reach out to prospects
Being a main contact point of customer inquiries
Assign tasks to web developers and supports
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or technical sales
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in Computer Science, Web Services, or Software Development is a plus
Language Requirements
Communicating confidently and freely in English
Ability to communicate with customers in Tagalog, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a robust asset.
Schedule Requirements
Must be available to work Saturdays.
One weekday off will be scheduled in lieu of Saturday, excluding Mondays and Tuesdays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
