We are an onsite machining company serving power plants across Canada and the United States. We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to schedule field crews, arrange travel, track updates from customers, in a quick-paced workplace.

· Salary: $60,000 -$70,000
Key Responsibilities
· Schedule technicians and mobilize crews to plant sites.
· Book flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and other travel arrangements.
· Monitor active jobs, resolve conflicts, and adjust crew or travel plans as needed.
· Maintain a flexible mindset and be open to schedule changes based on updates from technicians and customers as circumstances change.
· Track costs and support invoicing.
· Maintain accurate project records.
· Be available for required after-hours and weekend on-call coverage.
Required Qualifications
· Experience coordinating field-service, construction, maintenance, or industrial crews.
· Experience arranging business travel and monitoring project expenses.
· Strong Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills; job-costing experience is an asset.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
· Communicate openly and proactively by text, email, and phone.
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
