Required Skill Set
QE Delivery Manager is responsible for leading end to end QE delivery across multiple programs and projects, ensuring high-quality releases through effective test strategy, automation adoption, governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
The role requires solid leadership, delivery management, and quality transformation experience.
More than 10 years of overall IT experience.




Minimum 5 years in QE Delivery management. Experience managing large scale enterprise digital transformation programs.
Robust experience in Quality Engineering and Testing Delivery. Solid stakeholder and customer management skills.
Experience managing distributed onsite-offshore teams.

Hands on understanding of
Test Automation (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UFT, Tosca, etc.)
API Testing (Postman, REST Assured)
Performance Testing (LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad)
Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices
CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Test Management Tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, QMetry, ALM)
