Whether assisting with product demonstrations or managing transactions at the POS (Point of Sale) system, you’ll play a vital part in creating a lively, welcoming environment for all visitors.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products and solutions
Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling prospects
Assist customers with merchandise selection, ensuring proper merchandising and organization on the sales floor
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts while maintaining cash register integrity
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via in-person or phone interactions
Maintain organized stock displays, restock shelves as needed, and ensure merchandise is attractively presented




Manage time effectively to balance customer engagement with operational tasks such as cashiering and inventory checks

Qualifications
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; familiarity with product demos and technical explanations is a plus
Robust communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging customers and team members
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising, stock levels, and time efficiently
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a rapid-paced setting
Knowledge of cashiering procedures, phone etiquette, and upselling techniques enhances success in this role
