Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to inform purchasing decisions
Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products




Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and product placement strategies
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Support store operations by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols

Experience
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging with diverse customer bases
Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, or technical sales experience is a plus
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interactions
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management are necessary
Excellent organizational skills and time management help ensure smooth daily operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
