Role : Python Developer – AI/LLM

Role Overview

We are looking for a Python Developer – AI/LLM with strong experience building production applications using Python and Node.js/TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, cloud platforms, and up-to-date developer tooling.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain production applications using Python and Node.js/TypeScript .
Build and integrate AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Claude SDK .
Work with LLMs and prompt engineering to develop AI-powered solutions.
Develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and REST APIs.
Design, deploy, and maintain the Backstage.io developer portal .
Work with MongoDB and Redis in production environments.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and DevOps tools.
Deploy and support applications on AWS, Azure, or OpenShift .




Use AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day engineering activities.

Required Skills
5+ years of Python development experience.
Strong Node.js/TypeScript experience.
2+ years of experience with cloud platforms .
2+ years of experience building or integrating AI agents .
Strong knowledge of LLMs and Prompt Engineering .
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Claude SDK .
Experience with MCP server development .
Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis .
Robust knowledge of REST APIs and OpenAPI specifications .
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines .

Nice to Have
Infrastructure as Code and DevOps experience.
AWS, GCP, or Azure experience.
GraphQL, message queues, or event-driven architecture .
Experience mentoring junior developers.
Experience working with emerging AI technologies.
