We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager for Boston Pizza- Geulph to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties
Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Lead and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee hiring, training, and interviewing processes for new employees.
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies as needed.
Implement and uphold food safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends to improve restaurant offerings.

Skills




Strong team management abilities with experience in leading diverse teams.
Background in hotel or restaurant management preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest experience.
Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and reporting.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire others.
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
