Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays that maximize sales potential
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and receipt issuance
Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
Maintain organized stock levels, assist with inventory management, and restock shelves as needed
Provide excellent customer service through active listening, transparent communication,



and phone etiquette during inquiries or follow-ups

Requirements
Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
Prior experience in retail sales, technology sales, or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with a broader customer demographic
