As part of the Security Services team, you will ensure a safe environment for fans at events held at venues like BMO Field and the Coca-Cola Coliseum. Your qualified service will enhance the experience while maintaining compliance with safety protocols. Flexibility in scheduling is key as you will handle evening and weekend events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive service and support for all guests
• Conduct identification and bag checks upon entry
• Report and investigate incidents thoroughly
• Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuations
• Follow MLSE Health & Safety policies consistently
Requirements:
• Valid Security License (Bill C-159) required
• Must have a Smart Serve Certificate
• First Aid/CPR training is preferred
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
