Location Name : MANOIR LES GENERATIONS Location City : Rimouski Job Status : Permanent: Part Time Purpose of the position Manoir Les Générations, a welcoming private seniors' residence in Rimouski, has a part-time Resident Care Attendant position available, with the possibility of becoming full time! Working in a retirement residence is more than just a job; it's a life experience. This is an prospect to be recognized and valued, to participate in the continuous improvement of our service, and to make a significant difference in the daily lives of seniors!We are currently seeking an empathetic and caring Resident Care Attendant.Schedule: Variable, days and evenings, one weekend out of two.The Resident Care Attendant ensures the comfort, well-being, safety, and general needs of residents by providing hygiene and comfort care.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :




Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics
Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
Proactively assist and support the residents
Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
