Pest Control Technician – Full Time

Cranbrook Pest Control is a locally owned and operated company proudly serving residential and commercial clients throughout the East and West Kootenays. We are growing and seeking a motivated, qualified Pest Control Technician to join our team.

What You’ll Do
Service a daily route in Cranbrook and surrounding communities (home every night)
Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and contributing conditions
Access and work in areas such as attics, crawl spaces, and other confined spaces as required
Provide clear communication and tailored treatment solutions to customers
Maintain company equipment and vehicle in clean, protected working condition
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service and/or sales experience considered an asset
Robust communication skills (verbal, written, phone, and computer)
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a route
Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving abstract




Ability to pass a criminal background check
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied environments
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

What We Offer
Base salary: $42,000–$50,000 per year
Commission and bonus opportunities (after probation period)
