Passport & ID Photo Specialist

Passport Photo Toronto is a skilled studio specializing exclusively in passport, visa, immigration, and identification photographs.

We provide a simple but important service: helping customers obtain accurate, compliant photographs for government applications. The work requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to follow established procedures consistently.

This position involves working directly with customers in a calm studio environment and often requires independent decision-making during scheduled shifts. We are looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, communicates clearly, and is comfortable taking responsibility for their work.

What You'll Be Doing
Taking passport, visa, and identification photographs according to official government requirements
Guiding customers through the process in a professional and friendly manner
Reviewing photographs carefully for compliance and accuracy
Processing payments and managing bookings
Responding to customer questions in person, by phone, and by email
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Working independently during scheduled shifts

Full training will be provided.

Schedule & Commitment
Flexible shifts available, including weekends
Approximately 8–20 hours per week
Minimum three-month commitment preferred
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

$18.00–$20.00 per hour
