In this ongoing, full time role at the Vancity head office, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions. Engage with business and technology teams to ensure that user needs drive technical designs. You'll directly contribute to production quality through hands-on coding and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee end-to-end AI solution delivery, ensuring quality and security • Produce high-quality, scalable APIs and applications • Create CI/CD capabilities for rapid releases and monitoring • Mentor team members, providing technical guidance and leadership • Establish evaluation processes for AI quality and performance

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Eight years of experience in software and AI development • Extensive practice in building Generative AI systems • Strong proficiency in Python, React, and Azure cloud • Expertise in DevOps and infrastructure as code
