Job OverviewA career in our External Audit Third Party Trust Services practice, within Risk Assurance, enables you to assist clients in optimizing control activities, organizational strategy, and policies and procedures. You’ll conduct transaction testing, perform readiness assessments, and leverage various technical IT controls to help clients achieve optimal operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate directly with clients to identify and address needs through building, maintaining, and utilizing solid networks of client relationships.Understand clients’ business, including IT general and process controls; communicate the value propositions of a broad range of firm services.Facilitate staff as they evaluate internal controls design, identify key risks, and develop or review audit programs.Benchmark financial and operational processes and controls and perform controls optimization.Manage the creation of high‑quality deliverables to communicate to clients on the status of engagements, key issues, and work plans.Use technical resources/tools to research and expand knowledge to enhance work product and contribute to business development efforts.Resolve issues that prevent effective team working,



even during times of change.Coach others and encourage ownership of development.Develop perspective on key global trends and their impact on the firm and clients.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related business or IT field.Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.Canadian CPA is an asset but not required.Hands‑on experience in IT General Controls or IT risk and controls.Experience providing assurance services across IT areas including ITGC and SOC reporting.Experience advising on IT governance, IT service management, IT management processes, vendor and contract management, IT capability, assessments, and operational processes.ISO 27001 certification is an asset.Experience with business process controls.Experience evaluating current‑state processes, internal controls, and testing methodologies; developing future‑statedesigns and leading implementation.Interest in upskilling in a digital world and technology trends, and willingness to learn new tools.Commitment to valuing differences, coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard.Fluency in English; French is required for collaboration with French‑speaking clients and stakeholders.Perks and SalarySalary range: $84,700 – $134,700.
