We're a full-service graphic design and print company specializing in signage, vehicle wraps, decals, brochures, business cards, laser engraving, 3D printing, and custom graphic design. We take pride in delivering high-quality work for local businesses and individuals, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Assistant to join our team.

The Role

This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll be an essential part of bringing our clients' projects to life, from printing to installing and assembling. If you're someone who takes pride in doing physical, detail-oriented work and wants to be part of a creative production setting, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing
Printing a variety of materials including banners, decals, brochures, and business cards
Assembling and installing signs of various types and sizes
Applying decals with precision and care
Operating and maintaining production equipment including large-format printers, cutters, 3D printers, and laser engravers
Preparing and laminating materials for production
Keeping the shop organized, clean, and running efficiently
Assisting with the loading,



unloading, and delivery of finished products as needed
Following production schedules to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

What We're Looking For
Some experience in a production, print, trades, or hands-on workplace is preferred
Comfortable working with tools and production equipment (training provided)
Strong attention to detail; quality matters in everything we produce
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling materials
Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work
A team player who communicates well and pitches in where needed

What You'll Get
$15–$19/hour depending on experience
Hands-on experience in a creative, fast-paced production environment
Training and skill development across a wide range of production techniques
A stable, long-term role with a growing local business

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate
